There are several possible reasons:
1️⃣ Your access period expired
If you purchased a live as a guest, replay access is limited to 3 days.
After that period, access is automatically removed.
2️⃣ Your membership is no longer active
Replay access is linked to an active subscription.
If your membership ended, access to replays is removed.
3️⃣ You are not logged in
Make sure you are logged in with the correct email address.
Click on the ‘Log in’ menu at the top
If you believe there is an error, contact us and we will verify your access.
