‘OTF stands for ‘Ori Tahiti Fitness.

It’s a dynamic way to learn real Tahitian dance technique, build strength and endurance. ‘OTF session is 1 hour and structured in 3 parts. No breakdowns.
You jump in, you follow, and you move.

🕔 We start at 17:15
💧 First water break (1 minute) at 17:40
💧 Second water break (1 minute) at 18:00


đŸŒș ‘OTF Part 1

Foundation (17:15 to 17:40)

Your entry point. Especially if you’re a beginner.

  • Stretching (4 min)
  • Slow hip activation
  • Gradual acceleration

👉 Focus: rhythm, mobility, coordination

💡 This is where your body learns.


⚡ ‘OTF Part 2

Intensity (17:41 to 18:00)

Now we level up.

  • Faster tempo
  • More continuous movement
  • Less recovery

👉 Focus: endurance, control under speed

🌊 ‘OTF Part 3

Flow + Power (18:01 to 18:15)
  • Short ‘aparima (≈3 min) → reconnect, breathe, flow
  • Back to intense work (≈8 min)
  • Final stretching (3–4 min)

👉 Focus: expression + stamina + recovery
