‘OTF stands for ‘Ori Tahiti Fitness.
It’s a dynamic way to learn real Tahitian dance technique, build strength and endurance. ‘OTF session is 1 hour and structured in 3 parts. No breakdowns.
You jump in, you follow, and you move.
We start at 17:15
First water break (1 minute) at 17:40
Second water break (1 minute) at 18:00
‘OTF Part 1
Foundation (17:15 to 17:40)
Your entry point. Especially if you’re a beginner.
- Stretching (4 min)
- Slow hip activation
- Gradual acceleration
Focus: rhythm, mobility, coordination
This is where your body learns.
‘OTF Part 2
Intensity (17:41 to 18:00)
Now we level up.
- Faster tempo
- More continuous movement
- Less recovery
Focus: endurance, control under speed
This is where you start to push.
‘OTF Part 3
Flow + Power (18:01 to 18:15)
- Short ‘aparima (≈3 min) → reconnect, breathe, flow
- Back to intense work (≈8 min)
- Final stretching (3–4 min)
Focus: expression + stamina + recovery
This is where you feel like a dancer, not just a student.
