This yoga session is a full-body practice designed to build strength, improve mobility, and create space throughout the entire body.
In this class, you will:
- Warm up gradually by activating the spine, core, hips, shoulders, and wrists
- Move through dynamic flows blending strengthening shapes with deeper stretches
- Explore key postures such as side plank, triangle, half moon, revolved triangle, revolved half moon, skandasana, malasana, pigeon, fallen star, puppy pose, bridge, shoulder stand, fish pose, and supine twists
