Safe Back Flexibility Routine for Adults & Beginners

This routine by Aleks is designed specifically for anyone starting back flexibility training as an adult. Many online stretching tutorials are created for dancers who have been bending and backbending since childhood, which can make them unsafe or unrealistic for beginners.
This session offers a safer, smarter approach for improving spine mobility, especially for adults who begin stretching later in life.

As the back matures, the spine, joints, and connective tissues change — which means we need techniques that prioritize control, protection, and long-term progress. Improper back stretching can lead to discomfort or even injuries that linger for years. Aleks guides you through a sequence that builds mobility gradually, helping you gain flexibility while keeping your body safe.
