These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made on www.moenatahiti.com, operated by Fa’arapu Connection SARL (hereinafter “the Site”).

2. Products
The Site designs and sells a range of products including pareu, crop tops, hoodies, caps, bracelets, stickers, posters, and tote bags.
Some products are made to order and may require additional production time, which is indicated at checkout.
Certain items are customizable. These products cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged, in accordance with the regulations on personalized goods.
3. Subscriptions
The Site also offers online subscription plans (for example: Snack, Just ‘Ori, Gold). Names and content of the plans may evolve.

3.1 Pricing and Payment
Subscriptions are available in monthly or annual formats.
Payment is made by automatic credit card billing, processed by secure payment provider OSB.
The prices in effect at the time of subscription or renewal apply.
3.2 Commitment, Cancellation and Refunds
Subscriptions have no minimum commitment period.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal account area.
Any started period (month or year) is fully due and non-refundable.
Annual subscriptions are paid in full upfront and are non-refundable.
Cancellation ends access at the end of the already paid subscription period.
3.3 Access to Content
Access is granted immediately after payment confirmation.
If payment fails, access is suspended until payment is regularized.
Subscriptions are strictly personal and non-transferable.
Sharing login details or granting access to third parties is prohibited. The Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of fraudulent use.
3.4 Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) unless cancelled in advance by the customer.
The customer may end automatic renewal at any time from their personal account area.
3.5 Content Availability
The Site strives to ensure continuous access to the subscribed content. However, some content may be modified, replaced, or removed without entitlement to a refund.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in Pacific Francs (XPF), including taxes (TTC).
Shipping fees are indicated during the checkout process.
For international deliveries, any customs duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available to most countries.
Indicative delays: 1 to 3 weeks depending on destination country and product type.
A tracking number is provided when available.
Products in stock: 2 to 5 business days (excluding transport).
Made-to-order products: estimated delay specified at checkout.
6. Orders
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received.
The Site reserves the right to cancel any order in case of non-payment or suspected fraud.
There is no purchase quantity restriction unless otherwise specified.
7. Payment
Accepted payment method: Credit card only.
Payment in full at checkout.
Payment provider: OSB (osb.pf).
The exact timing of the debit may depend on several factors (bank processing, technical delays, order validation).
8. Cancellation and Modification
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the product to cancel the order, without justification and without penalty.
This right does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the same Code.
Examples: adding a name, choosing a specific color or design.
Any cancellation or modification request must be submitted in writing to cgv@moenatahiti.com.
If the order is still being processed, the Site will do its best to accommodate the request, but without guarantee.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases provided for by applicable law, particularly for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
10. Personal Data
Data collected is used solely for the purpose of managing orders, subscriptions, customer service, and the Site’s internal marketing operations.
It is never shared with third parties.
The Site uses cookies for navigation, statistical and personalization purposes.

11. Liability
The Site shall not be held liable for:
delivery delays due to carriers or external circumstances,
stock shortages,
technical errors or bugs related to the website.
12. Complaints, Disputes and Validity of Clauses
For any complaint, customers may contact the Site by email at cgv@moenatahiti.com.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to reach an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent court shall be that of Papeete, Tahiti.
If one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale are declared null or invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue to apply in full
