    • I can’t move my hips properly. Is that normal?

It depends on your personality.

🔹 If you like structure and slow learning:

Start with the Basics Library.

Train individual movements.
Repeat them.
Understand them.

Then join OTF Part 1.

🔹 If you like energy and learning by doing:

Start with OTF Part 1 (the first 25 minutes).

Then use the Basics Library to improve specific movements that feel difficult.

Smart Beginner Strategy

Week 1–2:
• 1–2 Basics sessions
• 1 OTF Part 1

Week 3–4:
• 1 Basics session
• 2 OTF sessions

This creates balance between technique and flow.

Important to understand

In the Basics Library:

There is no choreography.
There is no rush.
There is no comparison.

It’s pure foundation work.

And foundation is what makes your hips powerful later.
