‘Ori Tahiti demands:

  • Deep hip rotation
  • Knee stability
  • Core control
  • Endurance in low positions

Without strength:

  • Movements feel unstable
  • Speed feels impossible
  • Fatigue comes too fast

Body Training builds the muscles that allow your hips to move safely and powerfully.

This is not fitness for aesthetics.
It’s performance training.

⚖️ But here is something very important:

You must continue dancing while doing Body Training.

Why?

Because strength alone is not enough.

Your muscles need to adapt to dance-specific movement patterns.

If you only do strength work:

  • You may feel stronger
  • But not necessarily more fluid
