‘Ori Tahiti uses deep, controlled hip movements that most people have never trained before.
At the beginning you might feel:
- Stiff
- Uncoordinated
- Slow
- Frustrated
That does NOT mean you’re not capable.
Hip mobility develops with repetition.
That’s why the first part of OTF focuses on:
- Slow hip movements
- Progressive speed
- Controlled warm-up
The goal is not to look perfect.
The goal is to build connection between your brain and your hips.
Give yourself:
- 2–3 weeks for coordination
- 1–2 months for visible fluidity
Progress comes quietly.
