If you’re new to ‘Ori Tahiti, the smartest way to begin is with Part 1 of the ‘OTF session.
Here’s how an ‘OTF class is structured:
🕔 We start at 17:15
💧 First water break (1 minute) at 17:40
💧 Second water break (1 minute) at 18:00
What happens in the first 25 minutes?
The beginning of the session is PERFECT for beginners:
• 4 minutes of stretching
• Slow hip warm-up
• Gradual progression into slightly faster hip movements
This phase is designed to:
- Wake up your hips
- Improve coordination
- Build mobility
- Prepare your body safely
👉 If you’re new, you can stop after the first water break at 17:40.
There is no pressure to finish the full session.
Consistency > intensity.
Start with Part 1. Repeat it. Let your body learn.
